Noveemi provides a 15 days guarantee that its jewellery will be free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. If a manufacturing defect is found, Noveemi will repair, replace, or substitute the item at no additional cost. Please note that damage not caused by manufacturing defects, including normal wear and tear, loss of gemstones, or theft, is not covered. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items for inspection. Repairs not covered under the warranty will be quoted for customer approval before work is performed. All repairs or services must be performed by Noveemi, any repair or service done by another individual or jeweller shall void the warranty. The warranty does not cover damages caused by negligence, improper care, accidents, or the natural breakdown of materials over time. The warranty only includes original and unaltered items.
Services:
NOVEEMI provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
